T. Kelly Williams, Ed.S, is a CEO, educator, and women's ministry leader whose work sits at the intersection of faith, leadership, and identity. With nearly thirty years in K–12 education—serving as a teacher, professional development specialist, and mentor at the administrative level—and years of ministry experience as a praise and worship leader and guest speaker across denominations, she understands firsthand the unique pressures women in ministry face: the self-doubt, the silence, the slow shrinking that happens when gifted women are never given a space to simply be fully themselves.
That understanding became a calling.
Kelly founded her women's retreat ministry to create what she once needed most: an intimate, spiritually grounded space where women in ministry can overcome imposter syndrome, reclaim their confidence, and walk boldly into everything God has placed in their hands. Through her Women's Ministry Workshop Series and retreat experiences, she is equipping a generation of women to stand up, stand firm, stand alone, and stand strong—not because they have it all together, but because they know the One who does.
This new season as CEO and Founder of a faith-based retreat ministry represents the convergence of every gift, every stage, and every classroom Kelly has ever stood in—now reimagined as a retreat experience where women in ministry, and all women of Christian faith, find the courage to step fully into their calling.
